Title: PM4 Indian Pines Elementary Project Modifications

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the credit amount of ($245,000.00) for Indian Pines Elementary School, Classroom Addition Project #2031-8377, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

This project modification contains the following item:

§        CCD #2 in the credit amount of ($245,000.00)

§        Description:  Reduce GMP amount.

§        Cause:  School District Requested

§        Justification:  general conditions and buyout credits.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is a credit of ($245,000.00)
