Title: CP3 Approve of Additional Expenditure for General Contracting Services

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve an additional expenditure for the awarded contracts for General Contracting Services to Coral Tech Associates, Inc., Decon Environmental & Engineering, Inc., Di Pompeo Construction Corporation, H.A. Contracting Corp., Hedrick Brothers Construction, Kaufmanlynn, Inc., Mac Construction, Inc. and Weiss & Woolrich Contracting Co. in the amount of $4,000,000.

Description: Additional funds are needed for the awarded Term Contract for General Contracting Services. Internal competition procedures will be used in the selection of the vendor on a specific project.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact for this recommendation is not to exceed $4,000,000. 

The total authorization for this award to date will be $7,000,000.
