Title: CC10 for RSAC Enterprises, Inc. dba The Craig Group

Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the Consultant Agreement with RSAC Enterprises, Inc. dba The Craig Group and authorize the Board Chairman and Superintendent to sign all needed documents.

Description:

Conduct an assessment of Human Resources including proposing a new organizational structure.

Develop a strategic plan for Human Resources and identify and develop process flow charts for core systems including measurement tools.

Direct the hiring of a new Chief of Human Resources.

Provide change management training.

Provide coaching and mentoring to current Human Resources Leadership team.

Identify and manage the Human Resource Transition Team.
