Title: CC4 Consultant Contract for The American Red Cross

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contracts with The American Red Cross and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC4  The consultant shall perform the following services: Assist with the completion of the objectives of the Cooperative Agreement for HIV Education from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
