Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for Judith Kurzawski

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contracts with Judith Kurzawski and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5  The consultant shall perform the following services: Observe Learning Team Meetings and provide feedback to Learning Team Facilitators.  Assist with the development of training components for the Single School Culture for Academics processes.  Conduct training in the Single School Culture for Academics processes.

Authorized Amount this Request: $ 20,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $9,900.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approved: $ 29,900.00
