Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the Consulting Agreement with Plato Consulting, Inc.

Description: Trevor Campbell, President of Plato Consulting, Inc., will perform all Project Management activities during the Phase I Implementation of PeopleSoft.  He will provide leadership and decision making for the School District ERP Team as well as leadership of the overall project.  

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $126,000 and will be paid out of lapse salary and ERP Department budget.
