Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-028

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-028 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On October 19, 2005, student 05/06-X-028 was in possession of drugs/imitation/prescription with the intent to sell and/or distribute while on the campus of Royal Palm Beach Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
