Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-039

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-039 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 18, 2005, student 05/06-X-039 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of John F. Kennedy Middle Magnet School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
