Title: CP6 South ITV Communication Tower

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the award of a Contract for Self Supporting Communication Tower Bid to Southeastern Communications in the amount of $690,280.

Description:

Provide all materials, labor, and permits, site preparation, foundations, etc. for the design, procurement and installation of a 390’ self-supporting tower and attendant apparatuses (as described in SPECIFICATIONS) for South ITV (Instructional Television) facility.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact is $690,280. various funds. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects. (75% FEMA reimbursement, 12.5% State of Florida and 12.5% Capital Project Budget)
