Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for R. B. MacNaughton, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contracts with R. B. MacNaughton, Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC3A The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide custom Safe Schools Alert and Acknowledgement System for Youth (SSAASY) reports for four Coordinator Grant high schools with transitional programs.  The reports include: FCAT Alerts; Birth Date Reports; Retention Reports; and the following Graph Reports: Attendance, F Count, GPA and Suspension.   

CC3B The Consultant shall perform the following services: Specialized Safe Schools Alert and Acknowledgement System for Youth (SSAASY) reports for School Based Teams (SBT) at all schools.  Specific SBT information from the mainframe database will be incorporated into the SSAASY system.  These reports will be used for the mandatory final evaluation report for the Safe Schools/Healthy Students grant.
