Title: T-1 Disposal of Salvage and Surplus Vehicles

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board authorize the disposal of salvage and surplus vehicles.

Description:

• Florida Statute 274.05 allows disposal of salvage and surplus vehicles.
• Vehicles to be sold at www.publicsurplus.com.
• Attached list includes salvage and surplus vehicles.
• Property records of disposed items will be retired to the inactive file.
• Board Policy 2.291 has been followed.

Financial Impact:
The proceeds of the sale of the vehicles will result in an increase to the "Capital Contingency".
