Title: Expulsion of Student 03/04-X-121

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel Student 03/04-X-121 from the regular public school program of the Palm Beach County School District for one (1) calendar year.  Student 03/04-X-121 was in possession of alcohol (second possession).  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
