Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-031

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel Student 04/05-X-031 from the regular public school program of the Palm Beach County School District for one (1) calendar year.  Student 04/05-X-031 was in possession of drugs with the intent to sell and/or distribute.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
