Title: CP2 Approval of recommendation not to renew Pre-qualified Vendors

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the recommendation not to renew the prequalification certificate for the following contractor(s) as per Board Policy 7.08, Board approved July 19, 2000, Item 8a-1. 

Description: These contractors have either chosen not to or have failed to update their annual financial statements or verification of bonding capacity on file with the School District pursuant to the uniform procedures and criteria set forth in Section 4.1(8) of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact.
