Title: CP3 Revision of Award for Roof Systems for Portables

Recommendation:
I recommend approval of an award for Item#3 (repairs) to H.A. Contracting Corp., the next lowest bidder for this item, in the amount of $181,000. Advanced Roofing, Inc., the lowest bidder for this item, elected not to accept award for this item.

Description: Repair and Install Roof Systems for Portable Classrooms resulting from hurricane damages.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is estimated $181,800.  Repairs will be consistent with storm damage estimates.  The source of funds is emergency funds for hurricane recovery.  Actual Purchase Order activity will be reported to the Board in accordance with Policy 6.14.
