Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract Amendment #2 with Eric W. Temme and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents

Description:

The Consultant shall perform the following services:  Counseling, mentoring, home visits and academic monitoring at H. L. Watkins Middle School and other schools as needed.

This amendment reflects an increase of 500 hours and an extension of the contract to June 2, 2005.
