Title: FM2 AT Systems Repayment

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board authorize the acceptance of the $31,722.64 paid by AT Systems. 

Description: A deposit of $31,722.64 in transit to Wachovia Bank on November 23, 2004, under the custody of AT Systems, the District's courier, never arrived at the bank.  A claim requesting the funds was sent to AT Systems and the District was reimbursed.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the school district.
