  Superintendent: I recommend that the Board approve the items remaining on the consent agenda, so that such items in section 5 are approved for development, unless withdrawn.
V.   Development (Consent Agenda)
    5-A I recommend that the Board approve development of the proposed revised Policy 5.016, entitled "Choice Schools and Programs."
    5-B I recommend that the Board approve development of the repeal of Policy 2.11, entitled "Qualifications for Certain Instructional Personnel."
    5-C I recommend that the Board approve development of the repeal of Policy 3.51, entitled "Employment of Long-term Substitute Teachers."
    5-D I recommend that the Board approve development of the repeal of Policy 3.86, entitled "Employment of Teacher Aides and Instructional Aides."
