    Superintendent: I recommend that the Board approve the item remaining on the consent agenda, so that such item in section 4 is adopted, unless withdrawn.
IV.   Adoption (Consent Agenda)
    4-A I recommend that the Board adopt the emergency rule, Policy 8.01-ER, entitled "Promotion, Placement, and Graduation - Student Progression Plan."
