Title: CP4 Terminate the Contract to Preventative Maintenance Support Services, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve a recommendation to terminate the contract with Preventative Maintenance Support Services, Inc. and debar the company for three years and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

Vendor failed to comply with contract requirements for  quality of workmanship and adherence to  design and material specifications.

Approved Budget:  N/A

Minority Participation: N/A

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
