Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve the Amendment to the Agreement and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents to establish the Final Guaranteed Maximum Price(GMP), for Construction in the amount of $25,061,233. to James B. Pirtle Construction Co., Inc. to perform Construction Management at Risk Services at Congress Middle School Modernization, Project No. 1581-8339. Description: The project will consist of Construction Management at Risk Services required for modernization of Congress Middle School and related facilities to replace the existing educational facility. The facility will be based on the educational specifications and design by the School District of Palm Beach County for a 1500 student capacity facility. Approved Construction Budget:$28,037,112.
