Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Candace Lacey Ph D

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contract with Candace Lacey, Ph. D. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant shall perform the following services:  Provide Leadership training for Families Acting Collaboratively to Educate and Involve Teens (FACE-IT) for site supervisors’ leadership training.  Provide assistance to writing the project evaluation section of the Grant to Reduce Alcohol Abuse application process
