Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with Chapman Schewe of Florida LLC, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Provide detailed project management for all issues regarding the District’s Health & Welfare Plans along with a project plan and timelines to include the following: Set up plan parameters, Assign a Senior consultant, Provide monthly financial reports and analysis, Supervise implementation, Prepare request for proposal (RFP), Evaluate RFP, Negotiate RFP, etc. See exhibit “B” Evaluator: Dianne L.
