Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with The Efficacy Institute Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: 1. Design, coordinate and implement a spring 2005 Community Leadership Retreat to introduce the Efficacy Campaign for Proficiency to community leaders. Included in the work is an overview for organizing and implementing a Palm Beach County Campaign, complete with sample data from campaigns in 2. Present two days at the Single School Culture Conference focusing on various components of the Efficacy Model.
