Recommendation:
I recommend that the Board accept the Financial and Federal Single Audit Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2004 as submitted by the Auditor General.

Description: Financial and Federal Single Audit Report of Palm Beach County School Board for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2004.  The Auditor General has requested that this report be presented to the Board, and that it be ordered filed as public record, making mention of this fact in the minutes of the Board.

Financial Impact:
This action has no financial impact on the School District.
