Title: CL8 Supplemental Agreement with DCF

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board approve the Supplemental Interagency Agreement Between the Florida Department of Children and Families, District 9, and the School Board of Palm Beach County and the attached Amendments thereto.

Description:

• This Agreement brings the District and the Department of Children and Families into compliance with the Rilya Wilson Act and the McKinney Vento Act and protects the rights of abused, neglected and abandoned children.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the District.
