On the March 16 agenda, as viewed on the public affairs website prior to the meeting, as well as on April 7, there was an agenda item AC1 (Funding for Academic Flag Football). For one week prior to the March 16 meeting, this item was not listed on my E-Agenda, nor was it listed on my E-Agenda as of April 7. Staff assures me that this item was approved by the Board on March 16th in my absence.

My questions are:

2.How do you know?

3.How do we assure that the public agenda and the E-Agenda match at all times?

4.Will the archived E-Agenda's show what passed under consent, what was pulled, what was amended and what the vote was on items that were pulled?

5.Will the minutes of the meetings be posted on the public affairs website as well?
