Title: Superintendent's Efficiency and Effectiveness Awards

Description: The Superintendent's Efficiency and Effectiveness Awards (SEEA) is a suggestion incentive program with the goal of reducing expenses and improving district and school center operations.  Four suggestions which make improvements and reduce costs have been approved for SEEA awards.  We recognize SEEA award winners Gerard E. O'Donnell, Traci Rice, Tricia Babilonia, Theresa Beermann and William J. Fay, Jr.
