Title: CP10 Term Contract for Roofing Contractors

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve award of Term Contract and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents for Roofing Contractor Services from May 19, 2005 through May 18, 2007 and may, by mutual agreement between the School board and the awardee, be renewable for three additional one-year periods.

Description: The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to enter into a contract with Certified Roofing Contractors licensed in the State of Florida or Palm Beach County and pre-qualified by the District who will serve the District for the performance of re-roofing, waterproofing and or roofing repair projects for school district buildings.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $9,000,000 from various funds.  In addition, should we have an emergency need, funds used will be reported to the Board in accordance with Policy 6.14.
