Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve Reuse Design Agreement with Schenkel Shultz Architecture, Inc. in the amount of $93,800. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents for Boca Raton Community High School, Project No. 0961-8275.

Approved Budget for Planning and Design: $93,800.

Approved Construction Budget: $6,627,000.

Minority Participation: 22%

Base Fee: $79,800.

Additional Services: $9,000.

Reimbursables:$5,000.

Total: $93,800.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $93,800. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget. The District will provide the Professional Responsibility Insurance at a cost of $4,528.
