Title: AC11 MOU PBC Multi-Agency Violent Crimes Task Force

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board consider approval of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Palm Beach County Multi-Agency Violent Crimes Task Force.

Description:

• Violent  Crimes have been in the headlines for Palm Beach County.
• Youth have been involved as both victims and aggressors in these violent crimes.
• Many violent crimes in the community have a collateral effect on our school campuses.
• The attached Memorandum of Understanding will allow all Palm Beach County Law Enforcement Agencies to work together utilizing a team-solving approach to hopefully reduce violent crimes in Palm Beach County.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
