Title: PM6 Project Modifications for Jupiter Community High

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the amount of $161,205.00 for Jupiter Community High School, Modernization Project, and adjust appropriate contracts, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

Jupiter Community High School Project #0081-8220

This project modification contains the following item:

• CCD #10 in the amount of $161,205.00
• Description: Furnish and install baseball and softball field lighting.
• Cause:  Outside Agency
• Justification:  Per the Interlocal Agreement Board approved April 21, 2004 (Agenda Item 12A-3) which was funded by Palm Beach County.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $161,205.00.

The financial impact is an increase to the project budget of $161,205.00  $130,000.00 will be transferred from Capital Contingency and will reimbursed by Palm Beach County in accordance with the interlocal agreement.  The additional $31,205.00 will be transferred from Restricted Reserve.
