Title: Description: The School District of Palm Beach County created the Pat Oliphant Memorial Student Technology Service Scholarships to recognize and reward outstanding high school seniors for the service and support they have provided to their schools and communities in the area of technology. These scholarship awards are made possible through proceeds generated by the District’s annual technology conference.
