Title: CP2 Renewal of Continuing Contract with Dunn's Aerial Photography, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the renewal of continuing contract to Dunn's Aerial Photography, Inc. for various schools in the amount of not to exceed $50,000. for a period of one (1) year from June 30, 2005 through June 29, 2006.

Description:

Provide Disaster Aerial Photograph Sevices for various schools.

Approved Budget:$50,000.

Minority Participation:15%

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is from various funds in an amount not to exceed $50,000. per year.  The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
