Title: CP3 Renewal of Continuing Contract with (2) two Consultants for Commissioning Svcs.

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the renewal of continuing contract to Sebesta Blomberg & Associates, Inc., Hanson Professional Services, Inc. in the amount of not to exceed $300,000. for a period of one (1) year from June 30, 2005 through June 29, 2006.

Description:

Provide Commissioning Services to ensure system performance and maintainability of all mechanical, electrical, control and life safety systems are met through pre-design, design, contruction phases and warranty period.

Consultant Budget:$300,000.

Minority Participation: 15%

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is from various funds in an not to exceed amount of $300,000.  The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
