Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with Candace Lacey and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Consult with Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SOBEIT) staff in program implementation and evaluation of the SOBEIT grant. Activities shall include conducting focus groups with community partners, Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Children and Families.
