Title: CC15 Consultant Contract with Susan Lowenthal

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contract with Susan Lowenthal and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant shall perform the following services: Collaborate with the Department of After School Programming to assist in development of SACC programs and policies.  Review and update Assessment Tool to foster successful program development.  Monitor programs to ensure compliance with “SACC Operational Manual”.  Plan, design, coordinate and present Professional Development Training Sessions for SACC Directors and their staff.  Mentor and Model appropriate roles for School-Age Child Care staff working with children in after school programs.
