Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with Suzanne Miller and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Consultant to plan, coordinate, monitor and disperse materials for the following groups, campaigns and activities: Red Ribbon, Brown Ribbon, Youth Millennium Conference, Safe Schools Facilitators, Safe and Drug-Free Schools Advisory Council, Character Education, Parent to Parent, and the “Too Good for Drugs” program.
