Title: CC18 Amendment to Consultant Contract with Nova Southeastern University

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the amendment to consultant contract with Nova Southeastern University and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

The consultant shall perform the following services: The original contract was for Nova to provide 200 Palm Beach County School administrators and guidence counselors with graduate courses.

This amendment is extending the ending date of the contract from June 30, 2005 to June 30, 2006 with no additional cost.
