Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contract with The Flippen Group and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Provide professional development to 270 staff members from Palm Beach Gardens and Boynton Beach High Schools to enable them to implement the "Capturing Kids Hearts" program. This program will both motivate and empower participants to a new level of success in the classroom.
