Title: AC16 Order Agreement with Cognos Corporation

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve the Order Agreement with Cognos Corporation to obtain the ReportNet Software Developer kit at no cost to the school district.

Description:

This Order Agreement is for the acquisition of ReportNet Software Developer kit.

This package is necessary in order for the Educational Data Warehouse to remain in compliance with data security procedures.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
