Title: PM1 Project Modifications for Atlantic Community High

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $2,289.92 for Atlantic Community High School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

Atlantic Community High, Modernization Project  #0862-8206

 

This project modification contains the following item:

 

§        Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $2,289.92.

§        Description: Additional Electrical Engineering to design distribution changes to accommodate shop equipment in Building 5, Room 108C.

§         Cause: School District Requested.

§        Justification:  Program changes required change in electrical design.

§        Construction costs are estimated to be approximately $2,275.00 funded from the GMP contingency as CCA #182.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $2,289.92.

 

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
