Klewin, has achieved substantial completion on October 30, 2003 for Building #1, April 20, 2004, for Building #2, April 15, 2004, for Building #3, and August 19, 2004, for Building #4, and requested a Reduction of Retainage, for Phase I, from 5% to 0%; the Architect and District staff recommends this reduction.
