Title: PM7 Project Modification for J.C. Mitchell

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify the deduct Project Modification providing a credit back to the District in the amount of ($150,350.00) for J.C. Mitchell Elementary School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

J.C. Mitchell Elementary School, Modernization Project #0931-8336

  • This project modification reduces the amount of the construction manager's contract by a total of $150,350 (deduct CCD #1 equals $40,000 and deduct CCD#2 equals $110,350). 

  • The funds will remain within the project budget to cover moving expenses and construction testing as well as the cost of the audio enhancement system. 

  • Cause: School District Requested.

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
