Title: CC9 Consultant Contract Amendment for Housing Partnership

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contract amendment with Housing Partnership, Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

This amendment is to increase current contract by $20,000.  The reason for this request is that more staff is needed to lower the adult to student ratio.

The consultant shall perform the following services:  Provide staff, field trips, materials and support for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers summer program at Forest Park Elementary School.
