Title: CLS4 Order Agreement with Cognos Corporation

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve the Order Agreement with Cognos Corporation to obtain the Enhanced Encryption Module for Open SSL Admin at no cost to the school district.

Description: Perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Enhanced Encryption Module for Open SSL Admin.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the school district.
