Description: Approve request for additional estimated expenditure for RFP 04C-002R, Records Storage and Related Services. · Vendor Name: Archives One, Inc. (formerly Sterling Management Services) · Original Estimated Expenditure: $195,000 · Type of Contract: Fixed Unit Price. No total expenditure is guaranteed. · Presented to Board: October 15, 2003 Agenda Item: 13A-4 · Contract Period: November 8, 2003 through November 7, 2006 · Purchase Orders Issued: $169,276 Requisitions Pending: $160,000 · The revised estimated expenditure is requested to be increased by $160,000 for a total of $355,000. The current budget has sufficient funds to cover estimated costs in the fiscal year. No additional budget funds are required. · Reason for Increase: Increased volume of records/data storage and retrieval needs of schools and departments. Records retrieval due to litigations / investigations / audits have increased since active records previously stored at FHESC now must be stored off-site.
