Title: PD-3 PERSONNEL DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve Christopher Hemmer's  Suspension Without Pay for five (5) workdays beginning August 18, 2005, through August 24, 2005,  and order the restitution of funds converted.

Description: During the 2004/2005 school year, Christopher Hemmer became the subject of a Professional Standards investigation based upon allegations that he converted approximately eight hundred thirty seven dollars and sixty-seven cents ($837.67) of District funds for his own use by collecting from the school and the PTA for labor, preparation and food in the form of checks made payable to him rather than to the School Food Services Department.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the school district.
