Title: PM3 Project Modifications for Seminole Ridge High Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $14,261.50 for Seminole Ridge High School, Construction Management at Risk Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
Description:
Seminole Ridge High School (02-NNN) – CM@Risk Project #3861-8292
This project modification contains the following items:
Item #1
- Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $6,534.00.
- Description: Civil Engineering services to adapt entrances to final elevations of Seminole Pratt Road.
- Cause: School District Requested.
- Justification: Engineering services necessary to tie-in school entrance driveways to Pratt Whitney Road.
- Construction costs are included in the GMP.
Item #2
- Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $7,727.50
- Description: Civil Engineering services to locate and construct greenhouse (part of bio-tech academy), and observations and inspections associated with the required drainage and utilities of the Greenhouse.
- Cause: School District Requested.
- Justification: Engineering services necessary to construct the greenhouse.
- Construction costs are included in the GMP.
Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $14,261.50.
The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
