Title: PM4 Project Modifications for J.C. Mitchell Elementary

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve Project Modification for the addition of six (6) non‑compensable days for JC Mitchell Elementary School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and the Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

J.C. Mitchell Elementary School  - Modernization Project #0931-8336

 

This project modification contains the following item:

 

  • COPR #1 for the addition of six (6) non‑compensable days
  • Description: Add six (6) non-compensable days due to inclement weather.
  • Cause: Contractor Suggested.
  • Justification: To compensate for time lost due to Hurricane Frances.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
